Post GOP Debate coverage “Fox News Style” – Ron Paul

Posted by admin on March 7th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 25 Comments »

This is a video I made satirizing the patheticaly BIASED and silly Fox News post GOP debate coverage on May 15th 2007.
The video is accurate to what was occuring during the “Text Message Poll” that night as the night went along.

Ron Paul was leading in the Poll throughout the night.

It also shows the silly way the other candidates, Fox News pundits and Hannity try to explain away Ron Paul’s suprising popularity.

I have to say that as a Ron Paul supporter, that night was pure comedy!

Where can I download tonights Republican Presidential debate?

Posted by admin on March 5th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 2 Comments »

I really want to download the entire debate. Actually, I really need tvivo. Any idea where I can download the debate?

Fox News ran it so you can probably get it from Foxnews.com. If they only have it up in streaming video you’ll need a program that records streaming video. You can find several on the net for free.

Why was the NH Republican debate only on Fox News?

Posted by admin on February 27th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 12 Comments »

Considering it was from NH I thought it would be on either our Channel 9, where our local news comes from, or Channel 11 (NH Public Television).

My family doesn’t watch Fox News so we had no idea what the channel number for it even was- in the standard TV guide, our local cable TV channel listings don’t include Fox News. However, I am looking into as many candidates as I can, from both sides, and I was hoping to be able to have the debate taped, to watch later. Surely ABC could have lived with only having one channel running the sitcoms (5), instead of the usual two (5 and 9)?

I find it odd that the debate was so hidden from public view. I have basic cable, so I don’t even have Fox News as an option- a family member with full cable was going to tape the debate for me.

I’m sure others have basic cable as well, and missed the debate because of it.

Can anyone recommend some YouTube links from it, amongst various candidates, so I can get a feeling of what went on?

Fox News sponsored the debate so I doubt that it was even offered to any other network seeing as how Fox thinks they are they only ones who are "fair & balanced"
I think Ron Paul did a great job and didn’t spew the same retoric that all the other candidates did. I think that he was absolutely correct that the Bush machine made a mistake and for the good of the American people they should admit it and make changes to correct it rather than be arrogant and continue to cover it up.
It also wasn’t just his supporters that gave him the "win" with 33% it was everyone who watched and voted.

Question on the 1999 republican debate of Australia?

Posted by admin on February 25th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 1 Comment »

How did the 1999 Republican debate affect the people of Australia?

The country polarise to a Monarchist and a Republican group. Both have convincing arguments and none of them are clear winners in the debate.

What did everyone think of the Youtube Republican debate last night?

This is how I rank them which are different after a day of consideration.

1.Mike Huckabee – witty, well-prepared, and compassionate and would unite us! He is the man for the job! Death penalty skate, but I understand why!
2.Mitt Romney – bickering with Rudy made him look petty; comments on torture made him seem wise and made McCain seem cold and on the attack! Comments on Confederate flag non-issue.
3.John McCain – affirmed that he is the well respected veteran and would lead well.
4.Fred Thompson – not heard from very much, seemed poorly prepared and confused. Not very articulate and disappointing. Sounded like he was trying out for VEEP.
5.Duncan Hunter – Faired well, not much time, but all answers were good! He would be a great VEEP to Huckabee!
6.Tom Tancredo – Good on one issue: Immigration, but he ranks high on my candidate calculator, so candidate for VEEP too!
7.Ron Paul – didn’t respond well to McCain’s attacks; rant about North American Union conspiracy made him seem too extreme.
8.Rudy Giuliani – bickering with Romney made him look petty, if I have to listen to his stats about NY one more time, I will PUKE!

VOTE TO KEEP AMERICA SAFE!

Was it stupid for this Republican debate to have two of the "hot topics" removed from the debate?

Posted by admin on February 21st, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 4 Comments »

They did not include the war or immigration, so was that dumb or not. Also should they have given them more than 30 seconds to answer. Many commentators though it looked like a school class deal.

because it was a short debate and they know that all the candidates will be yapping about immigration and iraq way over time and will run short on time and only get in like 3 questions the whole debate. it’s better to have more questions with shorter answers imo.

What is your opinion of the most recent Republican Debate on CNN on January 30th?

Posted by admin on February 19th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 6 Comments »

Who do you think did the best? The worst? What did they say to make you think this??

Just doing a little survey. Thanks to everyone for their help! :D

Bellatru… is right… i am a conservetive, and so far none of the other candidates have made more sence than Ron Paul.. i mean they have been fighting over how many more years we want to stay in iraq after a hundered more years… i mean that is propostorous… we have never been for war, untill recent years, and guess when did our economy, dollar, and our wallet started to go down the drain…

when is the next republican debate?

Posted by admin on February 17th, 2010 and filed under republican debate | 3 Comments »

who cares about the next democratic one – In california, all i heard clinton and obama talk about was socialism.

Anyone know when the next republican debate is between mccain, huckabee, and paul?

I doubt there will be anymore republican debates. We have our candidate now.

Huckabee and Paul will stick around and pick up a few more delegates in hopes of influencing the party platform at the convention. They have no hope of winning and there is no reason for McCain to debate them.
