I supported the war on Afghanistan. They were harboring bin Laden, who supposedly was responsible for 9/11, which I disagree with, but yet that was where they should have gone. The CIA tricked us into believing the WMD crap. We never did find them did we? No. Then it became Hussein. He’s gone. Now it’s to create stability. Look. One reason we left Vietnam is because after the Tet Offensive, it turned into an unwinnable war. So many people are dieing over there now. Is it really worth it? It’s their country. Let them fight for it. Well let me ask you this. When you see your friends and your family going over there and dieing, are you going to still support the war? The war is a waste of money. Great. What people don’t seem to understand, is that if we pull out right now, we leave ourselves in the same position that we did a few years ago. We need to take care of the sitiuation before we leave and set up some form of government or diplomatic understanding that we will not have to deal with another 9/11.
