How did the Kennedy Nixon debates influence the future presidential campaigns?

I really need to know how the Kennedy Nixon debates influence the future presidential campaigns, and I need at least 3 reasons.

Nixon sounded great on radio but his television persona was terrible. He sweat a lot and didn’t look presidential.
