What are the most useless debates according to you?

I find the debates over picking a team of all-time great players (in different sports) pointless. Experts and rabid fans spend hours and days debating over such issues: for what?

The debate as to whether a "Gay gene" exists or does not exist. It shouldn’t matter, if someone is a homosexual it is who they are now and how they are now, people should accept them for it instead of debating the cause of their homosexuality.

  7. In my opinion, this would be political debates as most of it is BS and lies. It is a huge waste of time other than the comedy those folks provide when ask a question they were not expecting.
