How many rapes per year in the United States of America?

I am in 7th grade doing a abortion debate and wanted to know this information.

According to UCR (the FBI’s crime stats), there were 92,455 rapes in the US in 2006.

    Its up to about 200 million now, they occur around April 15th

  4. Does this include consentual sexual encounters?

    For instance, in some states a 18 year old male and and a 17 year old female would be considered statitory rape.

    Do you count sodomy as rape? In Virginia, if two consenting adults engage in oral, that’s considered rape.

    If two consenting adults have sex, and one person is drunk, then the partner who was drunk can be tried as raping the sober person.

    So please be more specific with "rape"

    Regardless, the number is not 200 million people. There are only 300 million people in America
