I would like to see a cross party lines presidential debate, is it possible?

The Republican and Democratic presidential candidates would be split in half. There would be two different debates on the calendar. The stage would be set up with no two candidates from the same party next to each other. Do you think it could ever happen? We know the ratings would high, how do we get an event to take place?
I am talking about the primary candidates. I thought the question was self explanatory.
It would show primary voters how well the candidates go head to head with the other side. Today, we have debate repeats. The same questions being answered over and over next to the same primary candidates.

I think it would be possible and a great idea. Since I don’t vote party it would be great to see all the canidates go head to head.

  2. Nah, not under this administration, everything must be staged and pre-authorized. If you call that a debate, you must really hate freedom.

  3. It only works after each party has chosen their candidate. It wouldn’t work now because the Republicans are not running against the Democrats, they are running against other Republicans, and vice versa. It’s a nice idea you have, but it just isn’t practical.

  5. Great idea! That way people see the democratic candidates for the negative, power hungry socialists that they have become. Most of the republican candidates would eat the democrats alive. This would force the democrats to answer real questions like the republicans already do.

    Put it in the schedule! Bring it on!

    Maybe we should allow the candidates to make their own questions for fellow candidates. This would force many of them to fold under their corruption.
